Good customer service, technician shared information and asked pointed questions in relations to how they could go beyond the minimal service to make my vehicle run better should I give them the go ahead. I was fine, I use to work for Mazda in Ft Collins, Colo. and we had to wash the vehicles also with our service. they paid 1/4 hr for service, that took 45 min at the least. Didn't have special building for service. Better set up at Notbohm's.

This service experience was first-rate. My 2500hd Silverado with over 312k miles behind it and had developed a strange driveline noise. A road test confirmed that troubleshooting would be a challenge but a call arrived later in the afternoon from Kelly informing me of the diagnosis and a list of repair options. That call was closely followed by texted to my phone that featured a video tour of the undercarriage shot by the service tech, visually detailing each maintenance item originally outlined. This innovative approach was especially useful in my decision-making and inspired my full confidence in the dealership. I ordered the necessary repairs that worked with my budget, the parts were overnighted and installed on the date of arrival, and there were no unpleasant surprises either before or after payment and delivery. Notbohm's Chevrolet has earned my confidence and future business in all work requiring OEM parts and service.
