I called for advice on an issue with the transfer case encoder motor. They were able to get my vehicle into the shop and repaired the same day. Price was as quoted and the repair was made in the time frame that I was told.

Had the oil changed in our 2017 Enclave. Parked in garage. Noticed oil spot on the floor and returned the car to Quick Lube. Personnel cleaned up the old oil that apparently didn't get cleaned up when the oil was changed. Suggest that the tech's doing the oil changes do a better job of cleaning up the areas where oil can get caught when it is being drained.
We needed to replace the tires after 45.000 miles. They set up an appointment and tended to it on a saturday. Plus they loaned us a vehicle to use. I have never gotten 45,000 miles out of a set of tires before!!!

The sales manager at used car area was very difficult. The sales manager at new car area was very pleasant to work with. Terry, the used sales area was very pleasant and accommodating. The process took longer than expected and the push to buy the extended warranty was unpleasant.

Seems every time I took this vehicle in there were always major problems. I don't think I will ever have a buick once I am able to get something different. What was suppose to be a great car has had one thing or another go wrong with it.
We had vehicle trouble on Sunday and had to be towed in to the dealership They were able to bring my van fairly quickly and had us back on the road a little after noon We were taking our daughters furniture out to Oregon for school I am very pleased with the service that we received Thank U
When I purchased my suburban it had a knock in the engine The salesman said it wasn't anything to worry about. It really bothered me. I brought it back and Kelly in the service department started to run tests on it nothing showed up. After about a month of going back and from Glendive he decided to pull the engine and dig deeper they found it had a scored piston and cylinder and a couple of scored journals on the crankshaft. They replaced the engine. I am really impressed by the service department I feel they treated me really well through the whole ordeal. .
