I live 75 miles from dealership. I arrived to have my tires rotated at there quick lube. There was a recall I was made aware of. Quick lube attendee made arrangements with Service Dept. They had time and recall was taken care of pronto! Thanks to all. Troy

I bought a brand new 2018 Traverse in a Billings. On my way home (4 hours away) it broke down in Miles City. Because this happened on a Sat Notbohm wasn't open so I called them Monday morning to see when they could work on it. They told me it wouldn't be until the end of the week. The Billings dealership (Denny Menholt) then called them and they had it fixed that day. I drove 2 hours to pick it up only to have it break down when I got 34 miles out of town. Notbohm came and got me. I left the car there and called Billings to return it. Notbohm told me that there was NO recall on it but Denny Menholt told me that there WAS a recall on it. I traded it for a 2017. Even though it wasn't the car I wanted, it at least got me home!
