Our buying experience was excellent. We were in Miles City about 6 weeks ago for a baseball tournament and had a little down time and had plans on buying a new car so went to Notbohm motors to look at a Chevy Equinox. They had a very nice model that I was interested in but did not have a lot of time to spend at the lot due to having to go to baseball. They kept in touch with my husband via text and made an original offer that we were not happy with. We ended up going back to Miles City for the state Legion Baseball tournament and again had some down time so we stopped at Notbohm Motors. The vehicle that I originally looked at was still available and the offer was much better at this time. The whole experience was very relaxed and not a lot of that going back and forth that you usually experience at car dealerships. They allowed us to take the car for a test drive on our own and also were great about allowing my small dog in the dealership with us. Overall myself and my husband were very pleased with everyone at Notbohm Motors and would recommend them to someone going in that direction and needed a new car. Just a little out of the way for most.

We had been working with Kelly and the Service Dept.for years with our old truck that required a LOT of TLC. It was fun to take our new truck in for scheduled service instead of expensive repairs. We have a great relationship!

We purchased this vehicle, with an extended warranty, approximately 5 months ago. When we dropped the vehicle off for service, ( oil & lube, brake check) I was dissatisfied to learn there was going to be $4100 in repairs. Apparently there was a leak on the axel seal, ball joints are bad, all the shocks are blown, and the brakes were excessively warn. Why were these issues not found with the same equipment/saftey inspection completed before the vehicle was sold to us with the extented warranty? There is no way that these issues developed in the five months, 7k miles we have used it. Not happy.

Most upset with the frequent customer program. I was enrolled, had credit on that program and yesterday I was told that they can’t find my credit for services done to my pickup. You can find my other information...or I wouldn’t be filling out this survey now. Not happy!

We've been victims of fake news by some people, however, our own experience has been thoroughly satisfying. When it becomes time for another new/newer vehicle our first and only stop is going to be Notbohm's.
